Salt Box Studio is a premier rental studio space in San Diego, designed for photo shoots, video productions, and meetings. We offer a full-service rental experience with all the amenities needed for a successful production, including flexible rental durations to fit your schedule and budget.

Our 1,800-square-foot studio features two climate-controlled shooting spaces, a client lounge with a conference table, a hair and makeup station, a producer’s workstation, stylist staging areas, and more.

Perfect for portrait photography, product shoots, still life, catalog, food photography, editorial projects, and video production, our space also serves as an ideal location for talent castings, corporate offsites, rehearsals, workshops, and training sessions.

Content creators and production teams love the open floor plan of our principal shooting space. With enough room for two sets, 16’ high ceilings, and a studio stand for effortless overhead shots, this space adapts to your creative needs. It can also be darkened for light-sensitive shoots.

Designed as a versatile blank slate, our studio offers maximum flexibility—a clean, inviting environment perfect for photo and film production.
