The HHS spaces (East and West – 10.000 sq. ft) are on the top floor of a two-story loft-style building, built in 1948. 

Our industrial-style structure (white and exposed brick walls, trussed wood ceilings, wood floors, industrial windows and closable skylights ) offers 2 professional kitchens, two prep kitchens, makeup & hair/wardrobe rooms, private client offices, and conference rooms.

Parking

HHS Studios has two load zones and plenty of truck street parking. There is also a gated parking lot attached to the building, street parking, and a nearby parking garage.
