Hi! I’m CJ, a commercial and editorial photographer and retoucher located in Milwaukee, WI, but serving clients all over the country. In a past life, I spent nearly 20 years as an art director in the advertising and marketing world - shaping how I view photography, its purpose, and working with a team to meet specific goals. I enjoy working with clients that are willing to push their visuals to the next level and are open to experimenting together. I like to work with all kinds of light and creative processes to constantly push my photography. I’ve learned a lot over the years by building assets to match current campaigns for countless clients. This has taught me how to be a bit of a chameleon in my process and also helped me to hone in on my own definitive style. I love moody lighting that isn’t overdone - every highlight and shadow is very intentional and I tend to pay attention to all the details that most don’t. I’m a bit of a perfectionist. I love connecting the perfect visuals with exciting brands to fully realize their vision. It would be great to chat with you about how we can create something beautiful together.
